Green Cooling Technologies: Addressing Water Consumption Crisis in Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure

Abstract

Immersion cooling showed 91-95% water reduction vs conventional technologies. Free-air cooling showed 90% energy efficiency. These alternatives lower water consumption by up to 665 million liters/year per 100MW facility.
