Abstract
Potato catalase enzyme rapidly decomposes hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. Molecular oxygen released used for liquid microbial culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. OD measured at 2.64 for yeast grown from potato juice oxygen.
