भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा विश्व की प्राचीनतम और समृद्ध परंपराओं में से एक है, जिसमें वेद, उपनिषद, दर्शन, स्मृतियाँ, पुराण तथा लोक-संस्कृति सम्मिलित हैं। इस परंपरा में नारी को केवल सामाजिक इकाई नहीं, बल्कि शक्ति, ज्ञान और सृजन की आधारशिला माना गया है। प्रस्तुत शोध पत्र का उद्देश्य भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा में नारी की स्थिति, उसके ऐतिहासिक स्वरूप तथा आधुनिक संदर्भ में महिला सशक्तिकरण की अवधारणा का अध्ययन करना है। | The Indian knowledge tradition is one of the oldest and richest traditions in the world, encompassing Vedas, Upanishads, philosophy, Smritis, Puranas and folk culture. In this tradition, woman is considered not just a social unit, but the foundation of power, knowledge and creation. This research paper aims to study the status of women in Indian knowledge tradition, its historical form and the concept of women empowerment in modern context.
